BILLY ELLIOT ~ SOME MOVIES TRANSCEND

I know it is supposed to be wrong to post movies on Youtube. Copyright laws.... And I can understand both sides. But I have been introduced to singers and movies on youtube and then have purchased the works.

I have tried to figure out how to upload sections of a movie, so that I can share my favorite scenes, but so far I have only been frustrated. Others do it, so I know it it possible.

Billy Elliot is one of those movies.

prin3exDE has taken the time and effort to upload the entire movie, Billy Elliot at Youtube.

Before today, I could only find a version in French uploaded that I wanted.

Here are some of my favorite parts. But really the whole movie is very well-acted with a great story.

BILLY ELLIOT - MY FAVORITE SCENE - DANCING...HOW DOES IT MAKE YOU FEEL?

I love the movie Billy Elliot

No one has posted my favorite scene from the movie on Youtube. I want to learn how to post a video myself to fix this. The scene is when Billy is asked how dancing makes him feel.

I have never seen Billy Elliot on stage. That would be terrific to see.

DOING IT MY WAY ~ DANIIL SIMKIN

I discoverd Daniil Simkin by accident while bouncing around Youtube many months ago and I posted a couple of his dancing videos, one of which was FALLEN ANGEL:

This is an extremely talented and dedicated twenty year old Russian male ballet dancer. Both of his parents are also dancers.

Daniil Simkin was born 1987 in Russia to a ballet family. The family left Russia for the west in 1990 and after several international engagements settled in Wiesbaden, Germany, where Daniil first stepped on the stage. From 6 years on he had several experiences of being onstage and often danced along side his father, Dmitrij Simkin. Daniil began his training under the direction of his mother, Olga ALEKSANDROVA, in 1997. At the age of 12, he began participating in ballet competitions and famous ballet galas around the world. (see awards). He finished his regular education in high school. Daniil’s latest achievments include the 1st Prize of the world famous ballet competition in Varna 2004 and he has danced several roles in ballet productions of Hessisches Staatstheater Wiesbaden such as “Les Bourgeoises” and the “Blue Bird Pas de Deux ” in Sleeping Beauty. You can find many videos of Daniil on Youtube. Daniil is currently dancing in Vienna, Austria. On December 4, 2007 he wrote on his website's blog:
I am currently preparing my first full-lenght principal classical role of Basil or Basilio as some may call him in the Performance Don Quixotte. Here in Vilnius, the production is set by Vladimir Vassiliev, which means pretty “Russian”. I already did some work for preparing it in the summer coming here to Vilnius and then my partner, Miki Hamanaka, came to Vienna to help me a bit.
