In particular, I commend Congressman Smith for his efforts towards Sudan and the DR Congo. Given that the LRA has been viciously attacking thousands of civilians in DRC and more recently, elements of the LRA have entered Darfur, I am hopeful that the Congressman will understand the urgency of this issue and support the bill's swift passage.
