Geraldine Page in A Trip to Bountiful

I love the scene where she is riding on the bus and admitting to Thelma, that the boy that she loved is not the one she married. It is so poignant. And Geraldine Page is beyond-words-wonderful in this movie. It was just aired on Cable TV recently.
The theatrical trailer for the 1985 film of "The Trip to Bountiful" starring Geraldine Page, John Heard, Carlin Glynn and Rebecca De Mornay. Geraldine Page FINALLY won a Best Actress Oscar after 8 previous nominations. Co-nominees Anne Bancroft, Whoopi Goldberg, Jessica Lange and Meryl Streep stood up and cheered while Geraldine tried to find her shoes that she had taken off earlier in the evening at the Academy Awards ceremony. Written by two-time Oscar-winning screenwriter Horton Foote ("To Kill a Mockingbird", "Tender Mercies"). Directed by Peter Masterson.

I need to see this movie again. I was only 18 when it came out, and I think it might mean a bit more now.
Let me know what you think of it this time around if you watch it. She is sensational in this role.
