House Foreign Affairs Committee Hearing on Humanitarian Crisis in Sudan | C-SPAN
The House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Africa held a hearing on ethnic cleansing and the continuing humanitarian crisis in Southern Sudan. The hearing comes one day after Southern Sudan’s largest rebel group declared a cease fire. Southern Sudan voted in January to split from the north, but rebel forces continued to fight with government in the new country.
At 14:50 US NJ Representative Donald Payne speaks of Darfur.
