Keith Olbermann interviews Ron Suskind about new revelations about what the White House knew in the run-up to the war in Iraq, as described in his new book, "The Way of the World: A Story of Truth and Hope in an Age of Extremism.” The White House ordered that a letter be forged to draw a connection between Iraq and 911 even though there wasn't one.

According to Suskind's book, the Bush administration's lies in the run up to the Iraq war were a deliberate deception that was "worse than Watergate". Former Nixon Special Counsel John Dean discusses whether Congressional hearings will take place in the light of the new allegations.

In another case, FBI said to have stalked Ivin's famly

WASHINGTON - Before killing himself last week, Army scientist Bruce Ivins told friends that government agents had stalked him and his family for months, offered his son $2.5 million to rat him out and tried to turn his hospitalized daughter against him with photographs of dead anthrax victims...

...In the current case, Ivins complained privately that FBI agents had offered (Ivin's) son, Andy, $2.5 million, plus “the sports car of his choice” late last year if he would turn over evidence implicating his father in the anthrax attacks, according to a former U.S. scientist who described himself as a friend of Ivins.

Ivins also said the FBI confronted Ivins’ daughter, Amanda, with photographs of victims of the anthrax attacks and told her, “This is what your father did,” according to the scientist, who spoke only on condition of anonymity because their conversation was confidential...
