It took me a while... But well done. It was maybe the greatest tennis game I have ever watched in my life. Even if my man lost... A classic. If that doesn't bring tennis back then nothing will. Just unbelievable. And you know what was the best part? Maybe two of the nicest and most decent guys to be involved in sport today. No ego - just brilliant tennis players who manage to actually like and respect each other.
What drama. Great sport. And two great champions. Too bad only one is called the winner. As you know, I adore Rafa, so I am partial to him getting the W this year. But the two of them brought us the best of their game and their humanity. Thanks for stopping by.
